Editor’s Picks: Nanomaterials
This collection showcases articles published in PLOS journals on nanomaterials, featuring the fabrication and application of nanosized materials and structures. As the selection shows, this field is very broad, spanning inorganic, organic, soft, bio and composite materials with topics which touch upon large scale production, physical and mechanical properties, vaccines, living cells and more. In these Editor’s Picks, PLOS ONE Associate Editor in chemistry and materials science Helen Howard highlights some of the latest research on nanomaterials and nanotechnology. We welcome submissions in this field and hope to grow our collection over time.
